Refund Policy — Thryd

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in its original packaging with tags intact.

Items that show signs of wear, damage or alteration will not be accepted.

To request a return, customers must contact us with their order number and reason for return. Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

Refunds are processed after the item is received and inspected. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

Thryd reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
